Rest & Restore Program (RRP)

  • Coaching session
  • 90-day access

The Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) is a guided group experience to help your body reset from chronic stress, support your digestion and nervous system, and reconnect you with rest that actually restores you.

You’ll move through the protocol with structure, community, and medical-intuitive support—without having to do it alone.

What’s Included in the RRP

When you join the Rest & Restore Protocol, you receive:

  • 1 live 60-minute group session
Held on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10:00am MST via Zoom. I’ll walk you through how the protocol works, what to expect, and how to tailor it to your body.

  • Full access to the RRP program materials
Step-by-step guidance for the protocol, including written instructions, timing, suggested supports, and gentle practices to help your system unwind and reset.

  • 2 online follow-up group calls
We’ll meet again after you’ve started the protocol to check in, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and help you integrate what your body is showing you.

  • Medical-intuitive perspective on rest, stress, and regulation
I’ll share how I see your system through an intuitive and clinical lens, so you can better understand your symptoms and what “rest” really means for your body.

You’ll leave with a clear plan, more capacity in your system, and a way to repeat this protocol whenever life asks you to reset.

December Special: 33% Off

For December, I’m offering the Rest & Restore Protocol at 33% off the regular rate as part of my Black Friday / holiday support. This is for those of you who know your system is asking for a reset before the new year—and would like loving structure to help you get there.

How It Works

  1. Enroll in the RRP through this page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom details and a Calendly link to schedule into the live group call date if needed.

  2. Attend the 60-minute live group session.
We’ll meet on Zoom the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10:00am MST. I’ll orient you to the protocol, answer questions, and help you adapt it to your life.

  3. Begin your Rest & Restore Protocol.
You’ll follow the written protocol at home with space to adjust as needed. You’ll have support tools to help your gut, nervous system, and sleep cycles recalibrate.

  4. Join the follow-up calls.
You’ll be invited to two online follow-up group sessions where we’ll check in on your body’s responses, refine your plan, and celebrate the shifts you notice.

This is not about perfection. It’s about creating a repeatable rhythm of rest in your system that you can return to again and again.

Who This Protocol Supports

Kids 2+. All ages, neurotypes, and genders welcome.

The Rest & Restore Protocol is for two groups who often carry the deepest levels of nervous system strain—and who deserve a gentler map back to themselves.

For adults living with chronic overwhelm

If you have walked through trauma, chronic stress, PTSD, debilitating anxiety or depression, autoimmune illness, or persistent cognitive fog and attention struggles—your system is holding more than it was ever meant to hold alone.

The RRP gives your body a structured way to unwind, rebuild capacity, and access a level of rest that restores your resilience.

For autistic and neurodivergent humans and the families who love them

This work is especially for autistic adults and children, ADHDers, sensory-sensitive souls, and anyone whose nervous system moves through the world in a way that is intense, beautiful, and often misunderstood.

It is also for the parents, siblings, and caregivers who want to understand their neurodivergent loved ones more deeply.

The RRP supports:

  • Sensory overload and shutdown

  • Autistic burnout

  • Emotional or cognitive overwhelm

  • Chronic tension patterns

  • The need for rhythm, clarity, and safety

Your wiring is not a problem.
It simply needs a different kind of support—one that sees you clearly and meets your system where it thrives.

How to Prepare for the Group Call

To make the most of your RRP experience:

  • Set aside quiet, uninterrupted time for the live group call

  • Adults: bring a notebook, water or tea, and anything that helps you feel supported

  • If you are bringing kids please have all screens off and only the listening device best resting environment for your child to be still for 30min. Art supplies, swings, fidget tools, weighted blanket, or other regulatory support is welcome.

  • Have your Zoom setup (audio/video) ready a few minutes before we begin on a separate device so you can listen to the program on your app.

  • Over the ear headphones (not noise canceling) are preferred.

After you enroll, you’ll receive an email with specific guidelines, consent form, and scheduling link to book through Calendly and confirm your spot in the live group session.

Calendly will send you your zoom link via email and reminders for your session time.

FAQ section

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. The Rest & Restore Protocol is educational and supportive in nature. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your primary healthcare providers. Please consult your medical team before making changes to medications or treatment plans.

What if I can’t attend the live session?

If you’re unable to attend live, you’ll receive information on whether a replay is available and how to access your RRP materials. Live attendance is highly encouraged for the most support and clarity.

Are refunds available?

Because space and energetic preparation are reserved for each participant and digital materials are delivered upon purchase, all RRP sales are non-refundable. If you have questions before enrolling, feel free to reach out.

Will there be recording or replays?

I may record portions of the teaching content for future use, but I am mindful of participant privacy and will communicate clearly about what’s being recorded and how it will be used.

Is RRP covered by Insurance?

The Rest & Restore Protocol is an online educational program, not a medical visit, so it is not billable to insurance. Because I am currently licensed in Washington State only, I cannot provide medical visits or insurance-supported services through this Podia platform.

However, if you would like medical support related to the issues addressed in the RRP, you may schedule a telemedicine appointment through Temple Health, where I can provide naturopathic medical care to Washington-based clients. These appointments are billed directly at my standard ND rates ($190–$320) and may qualify for insurance reimbursement with a superbill.

Please note that discounted RRP pricing does not apply to medical visits, and the RRP itself is not eligible for insurance submission.
